Pippa Ailion MBE has cast more than 200 productions internationally. Her work spans the West End, regional theatre and international tours, with credits including The Lion King, The Book of Mormon, Moulin Rouge!, TINA, Wicked, Billy Elliot, Come From Away and Dreamgirls.

Her theatre work also reaches the Almeida, the Young Vic, Chichester Festival Theatre and Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre. That breadth puts her at the meeting point between performers, directors and the particular world of each production. She brings decades of experience on the other side of the audition table to Off Book.
